3. Before receiving, flush the pipeline with a pressure of 0.3MPa, and thoroughly remove the metal powder, residual sealing material, rust, etc. in the pipeline.
4. Pay attention to the cleanliness of the medium. If impurities such as dirt mixed in the medium hinder the normal operation of the solenoid valve, a filter shall be installed in the pipeline.
5. The solenoid valve should not be installed in the low concave part of the pipe. If it is installed in the discharge pipe of the container, it should not be led out from the bottom of the container, but should be installed in the slightly higher position at the bottom of the container.
6. If the medium will cause water hammer, multi-functional solenoid valve or corresponding preventive measures shall be adopted.
7. The inlet side of the solenoid valve for steam shall be equipped with a drain valve, where the receiving shall be skewed, and the drain valve shall be installed at the low position, and it is best to install a multi-way backwash filter.
8. The flow direction of the solenoid valve is usually directional, instead of being installed reversely. Generally, the "arrow" is used on the valve body to indicate the direction of the medium movement. When installing the device, the "arrow" shall be used to indicate the direction of the device.
9. Generally, the solenoid components of the solenoid valve should be upright and vertical to the pipeline. Some products have special provisions, please follow the instructions..
10. Attention shall be paid when receiving, and sealing materials shall not be used excessively. If the thread is connected, the receiving thread shall be kept within the useful length, and chamfered with a file at the half pitch of the end, and the sealing belt shall be surrounded at the beginning of two teeth from the end, otherwise, excessive sealing belt or adhesive will enter the solenoid valve, and the accident that hinders the normal action will occur.
11. There shall be certain reserved space at the solenoid valve device for its normal protection and regular repair.
12. Fix the valve body with spanner or pipe wrench and screw it on for receiving. Never apply the force on the coil assembly to cause deformation, which makes the solenoid valve difficult to operate normally.
13. In case of lack of pipeline rigidity or water hammer appearance, please firmly fix the front and rear receiving brackets of the valve.
14. When using in frozen place, protect the pipeline with heat insulation material or set heater on the pipeline.
15. It should be acknowledged that whether the solenoid valve itself and its connection with the receiver have leakage.
16. The connection of coil outgoing line shall be checked correctly, especially in the case of three outgoing lines.
17. Electrical components connected to solenoid valve, such as relay, switch, contactor, etc. When opening the valve, the contact should not vibrate, otherwise the operation will not be reliable and the service life of the solenoid valve will be affected.
18. The electrical circuit shall be connected to the corresponding stable line as the protection of the electrical circuit.
19. In order to facilitate the protection and repair work, or not to stop the continuous production, the bypass blocking device method is recommended for general solenoid valves.
