1、 Function principle of signal butterfly valve

1. The signal butterfly valve is driven by the worm gear transmission device to rotate the shaft and butterfly plate to realize opening and closing and control the flow.

2. Rotate the hand wheel of worm gear transmission device to open and close the butterfly plate and adjust the flow. Turn the hand wheel clockwise to close the valve

3. There are two types of microswitches in worm gear box:

a. There are two microswitches in the transmission box, open and close, which act when the valve is fully open and closed respectively, and turn on the indicator light source of "valve open" and "valve close" in the control room, so as to accurately display the valve switch status.

b. The transmission box is equipped with a close microswitch (Butterfly fully closed position is 0 °). When the butterfly plate is from 0 ° - 40 ° position, the microswitch is supported to output the valve closing signal. When the butterfly plate is from 40 ° - 90 ° position, another pair of normally closed can output the valve opening signal. The cam of the press touch microswitch can be adjusted to display the different positions of the butterfly plate.

3、 Precautions for use of signal butterfly valve

1. The butterfly valve can be installed on the pipeline at any position in the space.

2. The installation position of butterfly valve shall ensure the convenience of use, maintenance and replacement.

3. This butterfly valve can be installed without considering the direction of medium flow in the pipeline, that is, bidirectional flow is allowed.

4. The butterfly valve shall be stored in a dry place indoors before installation, and the valve plate shall be slightly opened for 4 ° ~ 5 °.

5. Before installation of butterfly valve, the following work shall be carried out:

a. Carefully check whether the service condition is consistent with the performance specification of this butterfly valve.

b. Clean the inner cavity and sealing surface, and no dirt is allowed to attach. Do not open or close the butterfly plate before cleaning

c. Check whether the transmission device is reliably connected with the flange on the butterfly valve.

1. Open the cover of the electrical switch box, connect the core wire of the cable to the corresponding terminal according to the electrical control requirements, seal the cable inlet, and fix the cable at the same time to prevent the cable wiring from being damaged when the external force is pulled.

2. When the valve is in the "full close" position, turn the lower closing cam clockwise to make the cam just touch the microswitch (you can hear the click), and then tighten the screw on the cam to fix the cam.

3. When the valve is in the "full open" position, turn the upper opening cam anticlockwise and adjust the opening cam in the same way as above.

4. Adjust the limit screw. When the valve is in the "fully closed" or "fully open" position, the limit screw should not be placed on the limit plane of the worm gear, but there should be a certain gap, and then tighten the lock nut on the limit screw.

5. Cover the cover of the electrical switch box. When the valve is in the "fully closed" position, make the pointer of the opening indicator point to the "0" scale on the dial, and tighten the screw to fix the pointer.
